LeAnn Cyr: Innovator, Entrepreneur, and Education Champion
LeAnn Cyr, an Asian American innovator, entrepreneur, former Fortune 500 talent scout, education champion, and philanthropist, exemplifies the possibility that great leaders can emerge from humble beginnings. Her formidable journey to success was not paved with advantages but shaped by overcoming disadvantages. A self-made success, LeAnn learned early in life that to escape her constraints, she needed to forge her path-a lesson that has been a driving force behind her remarkable achievements.
Cyr’s pursuit of education led her to obtain a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from George Mason University, where she graduated with honors and a 4.0 GPA. She completed a Graduate Assistantship at Georgetown University, where she worked with students in the Cawley Career Education Center. This achievement laid the foundation for her impactful career and marked the first step in her lifelong commitment to bridging education with practical application.
Cyr began her professional journey as a University Career Counselor, helping college students build skills and strategies for lifelong success. Her innate ability to develop talent eventually took Cyr from the classroom to the boardroom, where she became a talent scout for Fortune 500 corporations. Cyr’s work in finding and guiding some of the nation’s greatest talent sparked her interest in entrepreneurship. The visionary entered the business sector, where she built and established multiple 8-figure enterprises, including SASpine and CYRx MD Cosmetic Surgery.
Through her accomplishments, Cyr’s determination to help others succeed remained strong. She returned to her educational roots in 2020, founding Le Cyr Consulting, an educational and development firm, where she developed the innovative curriculum CollegeToCareer.Org. The five-year comprehensive program guides students from their freshman year of high school to college and beyond, leading them into successful careers or entrepreneurship. The program leverages Cyr’s insights from the education and corporate worlds and was built as a shared narrative for the countless students who, like Cyr, yearned to prove their worth in a world that often overlooked them. Through CollegeToCareer.Org, LeAnn Cyr hopes to democratize education and help students lead lives marked by success, not just survival. As a champion of education, she firmly believes that every student, regardless of their background, deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams.

Alexa Cyr: Consultant
Alexa Cyr recently graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy in March of 2024. While at UCLA, Alexa participated in the school’s collegiate newspaper, the Daily Bruin, and served as the president of Legal Underground, one of the largest pre-law societies on campus. She will attend Vanderbilt Law School on a Dean’s Scholarship in the fall of 2024. Alexa co-founded Le Cyr Consulting and helped develop the curriculum for pre-college students. She has been a consultant for the last four years, and we are thrilled to have her on our team.
